The site is located in Mina ‘Port ‘Road, which connects Abu Dhabi Island to the renowned Saadiyat Island.

The visibility of the tower from a high vehicular context inspired the construction of a gigantic media screen both as a metaphor and as an actual advertisement board.

It consists of 4 basement parking floors,11 commercial floors, a service floor, 22 residential floors and a penthouse hosting both, the health club and the swimming pool.
