The design approach was to have a main spine that connects the two ends of the site, each ending in a plaza.

By curving the spine the shopping experience becomes dynamic, with shops distributed along the inner plazas.

The outdoor exterior was divided into 3 different detailed facades (the bazaar, the shops, and the main spine) for the people to distinguish the different functions of the souk.
