Bateen Corner Project Comprises of a Supermarket, Four Retail Kiosks, parking area and outdoor seating on and offsite.

The design is a composition of rectangular forms and has a central shaded plaza. The project shall serve as a local shopping center for the surrounding affluent residential area and a transitional space for people going to and coming from the Bateen Beach. The project is integrated with its surroundings with pedestrian walkways flanked with landscaped elements on either sides.
