The project was built on 3 blocks each block contains 8 buildings with 6 apartments each, totaling 48 apartments in each block. The total number was 144 apartments with approx. 500 sqm per Villa.Rather than having a high-rise building to achieve the required numbers of apartments,a terrace housing system was implemented where each building contained 3 floors or 2 apartments. The apartment size decreased with each floor level, allowing the higher apartments to have a roof terrace
