Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital is a cutting-edge medical facility located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Spanning 65,000 square meters, the six-story hospital offers 248 beds and is designed to host world-class specialty programs, including oncology, cardiology, trauma care, and emergency services. This landmark healthcare project reflects Bayaty Architects’ commitment to excellence and innovation in collaboration with Perkins Eastman for architectural and interior design.

Goals & Objectives
The primary goal was to create a modern medical facility that integrates advanced healthcare technologies with a design that responds to the unique environmental and cultural context of the UAE. The hospital was envisioned as a center of excellence to address critical medical needs and provide a patient-centric experience.
