Plaza View is a sophisticated residential tower in Abu Dhabi, designed to combine functionality, aesthetic appeal, and a vibrant community environment. Its innovative massing is divided into four distinct vertical clusters, each with separate entrances, ensuring privacy and ease of access.   • Merging and Demerging Floor Plans: Floor plans are designed to merge and demerge at different levels, providing architectural dynamism and flexibility for diverse residential layouts.
  • Dual Front Design: The tower features two main fronts – a residential side and a plaza side. The plaza front includes ground-floor retail spaces and green terrace cafes, creating a lively and inviting public realm.
