Oil SERV is a company in Erbil- Kurdistan, Iraq that provides services which range across the entire life of oil and gas wells from drilling to completion to production. So the design of the project has to comply with their requirements.

Our work includes the design, Construction, Completion and handing over of the project (Oil SERV BASE) which comprises but not limited to the following:

BUILDING & COVERD WAREHOUSES:

B1- Head Quarter Building, comprising of two zones as the following:

• B1/ The HQ Building which contains offices in (G+3)
• B1’/ Which contains The Multipurpose Hall, employee changing rooms & Offices in (G+1)

B2- Workshop & Labs, comprising of (G+1)
B3- Staff Restaurant & Kitchen Building, where it should serve 330 persons in two floor (G+1).
B4- Recreation, Laundry & Clinic Building, comprising of (G+1)
B5- Accommodation Buildings, we proposed two buildings (100 BED), each comprising of (G+3)
B6- Training Center, comprising of (G+2)
B7- Maintenance Workshop, where it consists of ground and mezzanine.
