The court is located in the central business district of Fujairah, with the backdrop of the Hajjar Mountains. The materials used has been meticulously selected to make the building stand harmoniously with the surrounding.

The design philosophy was to have a symmetrical facade which embodies classical language that complements the idea of equality and balance. The repetitive arches and columns establish a sense of order.
