The development consists of six different residential towers, whose physical proportions were governed by commercial decisions, in a predominantly low-rise area.

The concept was to employ six variations on the same theme. Each tower is composed of two interesting elements, interacting in different ways, giving identity to each building.

A unifying feature is the curved top, echoing the sailing dhows of the Baeten Creek, where the development is located.

The horizontal tower is slightly more peculiar in portion, therefore it had a slightly different treatment.

A huge screen like façade conceals an atrium on which duplex flats are overlooking.
